Shrimp Salad

    8 ounce bag macaroni
    1-1/2 cups boiled shrimp
    3 hard boiled eggs
    8-12 pimento stuffed olives, diced
    2-3 sweet pickles, diced
    1/2 cup celery, diced
    1/3 cup bell peppers, diced
    1 tablespoon mustard
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Paprika

Boil macaroni and let cool.  Mash egg yolks with 1 tablespoon mustard and 1/2 cup mayonnaise (use more if you have increased the amount of shrimp, in order to keep it moist). Mix all ingredients and dish over lettuce leaves and sprinkle with paprika.
