Au Gratin

Crabmeat Au Gratin

    1 pound crabmeat
    2 egg yolks
    2 cans Pet Milk
    2 cups onions, chopped
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    1 stick butter (1/4 pound)
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon red pepper
    1 teaspoon salt

Saute' onions, celery, pepper and butter.  Add flour milk and egg yolks. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.  Add mixture to crabmeat.  Can be poured into individual dishes. Add cheese on top when ready to serve.
